Yes.  We do.  It is pretty much like a visit to the doctor.   

Because we are committed to providing your pet with top-notch care, focusing on their overall wellbeing and beauty, we require the following:

• Arrival Time: Please bring your pet to our facility at least one hour before their scheduled appointment time.
• Late Afternoon Appointments: For appointments after 4 PM, it is essential to drop off your pet at least two hours in advance.

These time frames allow us to prepare and ensure your pet is relaxed and ready for their grooming session.

The frequency of grooming depends on the breed and coat type of your pet. We recommend bringing your pet in for grooming every 4-6 weeks.

 Most of our staff members are bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. We also have professionals who are fluent in Portuguese, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service for all our clients 

Yes, of course.  Senior pets get all our love and attention plus extra care to ensure their comfort and well-being.  Furthermore, we are adding services focused on improving the health, wellbeing and comfort of your senior best friend

 It uses the properties of ozone, a gas that not only has important antiseptic activity, but is also able to improve the flow of oxygen in the tissues and acts as an important vasodilator, stimulating blood circulation. During every bath the entire body is massaged and toned.  And it is particularly beneficial for senior pets, or pets with pain in joints.  As an additional service, it really makes hair and coat look extra beautiful.

 We offer a Price List as an initial estimate, but the final price may vary depending on the specific needs and care required for your pet. Our goal is to ensure fairness, and our prices are incredibly reasonable. We invite you to visit our salon, where we can meet you and your furry friends in person. This way, we can better understand your needs and provide you with a final price tailored to your pet's requirements. 

Yes, we do.  All pets must be up to date on their Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccines

 Yes, we work with aggressive pets on a case-by-case basis. Having said that, your pet's safety, as well as the safety of our team and other pets, is our top priority, so if your pet becomes unmanageable or poses a safety risk, we may stop the service.

Please let us know in advance if your pet has a history of aggression. It will help us to prepare so everyone involved will have a safe experience.

 In some cases, there may be additional fees due to the extra time or staff required.  

  No, we do not offer sedation as we are not veterinarians. If your pet requires sedation for grooming or handling, please consult your veterinarian. They can advise you on the best options to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. 

 We use "Pawcups" and treats to help build trust with your pets. Positive experiences like these create pleasant memories, making them feel comfortable and excited to return for future visits. Our goal is to ensure every pet leaves happy and looks forward to coming back!   But don't worry, we always ask parents before offering these bounties to dogs and cats!

 Actually, no!  Sometimes we service rabbits, birds, and even some lizards.  But only on a case-by-case basis. Each pet has unique needs, so we ask that you give us a call to discuss how we can best help you and your pet
