cONSENT TO GROOMING SERVICES

Pets & More LLC Consent to Groom and General Liability Waiver

Health and Safety Requirements:


Health Condition:

The pet must be fit and healthy. Grooming of elderly or infirm pets is at the owner's risk.
Grooming may expose pre-existing health or skin conditions for which Pets & More LLC cannot be held liable.


Disclosure of Conditions:

The pet has no illness, injury, or behavior problem (including aggressive or biting behavior) that has not been disclosed to us.
The pet has not had or been exposed to rabies, distemper, canine influenza, Bordetella, parvovirus, or another contagious disease within 30 days before beginning the service.
To the best of your knowledge, the pet has no illness, injury, or behavior problems, such as aggressiveness or biting behavior, except for those that you have disclosed to us.

Owner Responsibility:

You are responsible for any harm your pet causes to another person, animal, or property, and you will look to the owner of an aggressor pet, and not to Pets & More LLC, for any injury or damage done to you, your family, your pet(s), or your property.

Behavior History:

Your pet has never killed or seriously injured another person, dog, or cat, and has not been designated a vicious or dangerous dog by any entity.

Vaccinations:

The pet's rabies vaccine is up to date (as required by law) unless otherwise discussed.

Emergency Protocol:

In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorize Pets & More LLC to contact the nearest veterinarian and authorize the vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense.

Payment and Fees:

Payment:

Payment is to be made at the time of service. Payment can be cash, check, or credit card. Returned checks will incur a $35 charge. Our rates are based on the breed of the pet, weight and the duration of the groom.
Nail cutting and ear cleaning, when included in the service, will be done unless the process is too stressful for the pet or too dangerous for the groomer.

De-Matting:

"De-matting" or complete coat removal might dramatically alter your pet's appearance. This procedure may expose pre-existing health or skin problems for which Pets & More LLC cannot be held liable.

Behavior or Special Handling Fees:

In the case that your pet requires extensive time due to behavioral issues or special needs (more than one groomer for performance), a handling fee may be applied. The client will be solely responsible and will indemnify Pets & More LLC for all damages caused by the pet’s behavior.

Cancellation and No-Show Policies:

Cancellations:

We follow the Fulton County public school closures as they pertain to inclement weather. We try to work as long as conditions are not dangerous. If you are unsure, please call us to confirm.
Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment by the client require 24 hours' notice to waive the FULL appointment fee.
In the event of inclement weather, a family emergency, or any other uncontrollable circumstance, Pets & More LLC has the discretion to waive the fee within the 24-hour period.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.

No-Shows:

It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at least 60 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and does not contact Pets & More LLC to cancel or reschedule.
We reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show". Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason.

Service; Limited Warranty:

We really love what we do, and always try our best in all the services we provide, but our main objective is the well-being of pets, even if it is to the detriment of aesthetics. We do not offer refunds for grooming services.
If, after the groom is complete, there is anything about the groom that you would like altered, please let any of our staff know before you leave the store. If you have a relatively small request, we will be happy to accommodate it before you leave the store. If you think your instructions were not followed, let us know, and we will discuss the next steps.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE AND RELATED REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, OR IN ANY OTHER FORM. Pets & More LLC Parties are not liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss, damage, personal injury, or any other expense directly or indirectly arising from the services provided. In all cases, the maximum liability of Pets & More LLC for any and all damage is limited to the re-grooming option offered above and Pets & More LLC will not be liable for any damages in excess of this maximum liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Paws Pet Love Membership: Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & Billing

  • Payment      Method: Members must maintain a valid credit or debit card on file.
  • Billing      Cycle: Membership fees are processed automatically on the 1st of      each month.
  • Incidental      & Add-On Charges: Membership covers specific base services only.      Additional fees (e.g., de-matting, flea treatments, premium add-ons, or      special pet handling) will be charged to the card on file on the day of      the appointment.
  • Failed      Payments: If a payment is declined, benefits will be paused until the      balance is cleared. A $10 late fee may apply after 3 days.

2. Commitment & Cancellation

  • Minimum      Term: All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. If      a membership is cancelled or terminated early, the remaining balance of      the three months will be charged in full.
  • Incomplete      Services (Pet Behavior): If a pet’s behavior or temperament prevents a      service from being completed safely (e.g., aggression or extreme stress),      the 3-month commitment still applies, and the monthly fee will not be      refunded.
  • Cancellation      Policy: Written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 15      days prior to the next billing date.
  • Re-enrollment:     Memberships cannot be reactivated within 6 months of cancellation.
    • Exceptions:      Death of the pet or relocation (documented proof of new address       required).

3. Pet-Specific Benefits (Non-Transferable)

  • Specific      Pet Only: Memberships are tied to a single, specific pet named      at enrollment.
  • No      Swapping: Benefits and services cannot be transferred to      another pet, even within the same household. Each pet requires its own      individual membership.

4. Service Usage & Availability

  • No      Rollover Policy: Unused monthly services expire at the end of each      billing cycle. They do not roll over, and no refunds are issued for      unused benefits.
  • Advance      Booking: All services must be booked in advance via the Online Booking      Portal. Membership does not guarantee same-day availability or      specific time slots.
  • Policy      & Price Changes: All membership services, boutique discounts,      pricing, and terms are subject to change. Paws Pet Love reserves      the right to modify benefits or pricing at any time with 30 days' notice.

5. Owner Responsibility & Salon Policies

  • Account      Management: It is the owner’s responsibility to schedule and monitor      all appointments.
  • No-Show/Late      Policy: Membership does not waive standard salon policies.      Appointments missed or cancelled without 24-hour notice will be considered      "used" for that month
